Frequent questions
when will my order ship?
All orders will be processed within 5 – 7 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
what file types do you accept for a logo?
We accept logo files in PNG, JPEG, .AI, .PSD and SVG format. If you do not have your logo in any of the above mentioned formats, please get in touch and we will do our best to assist you.
What is your return policy
At Needle 'n' Thread Embroidery all orders are bespoke to our client's requirements. Therefore, all sales are finals and we do not accept refunds or exchanges once the proof has been accepted by the client. For a full breakdown of our returns policy, please click here.
